But when it came down to returning calls, that's where Fred excelled in always returning my calls or text messages quickly. His pricing was the most competitive, too. He and his team were diligent and answered my questions on site. They helped in cleaning up afterwards, too. Lastly, my mother is now enjoying cool air inside without having to sit outside in the garage to catch the trade winds.
I was freaking out my bathroom was flooding and I didn’t have a clue why. Turns out a pipe that comes from the AC that’s supposed to go to the sewer line had busted. Fred Cold Inc on one of the hottest days, I thought I wasn’t going to be able to get anyone out to my house because I had already called 7 others and no one could make it out for a couple of days just to give me a quote. I needed my Air fixed ASAP!!! Fred showed up right on time, even with a 20 minutes heads-up call. He laid down sheeting wherever he walked in my house and left not a trace of his presence. Fred's professionalism is a 10 his knowledge is top notch. He told me what my problem was and how much it would cost me. I agreed to the cost and he got straight to work and got the job done.

We noticed at night our AC was blowing air that was room temperature.
